MY TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

 

I believe that a good teacher is not only teacher that can teach students based on education subject only but also in other things which relates in our daily life. My students are my main priority.

The good teacher knows and understands students, how they develop and learn. Students actively construct and transform their own knowledge based on past experiences and prior learning. I know that students do not all learn in the same way or at the same rate. Different students have different IQ level which is teacher should use different types of teaching and learning process for different students.

The good teacher must know her subjects and how to help students learn those subjects. Teachers also have to continue learn and gain more information not only based on their subject but also in other field. Teachers should be at least two or three steps ahead of their students.

I believe a teacher is the most powerful of role models to students.

Teacher can plant and nurture seeds that will grow and shape tomorrow.
